Double Fine Productions and Midnight City announced that Costume Quest 2 is being developed for PC and console. This RPG game will be released on Halloween 2014.
The sequel to the first ever done by Double Fine's Costume Quest continues the first games released in 2010. gamers will control of Wren and Reynold's twin brother again to protect Halloween from "untold horror by the elders." Just like the previous game, in this game gamers will be wearing a costume to transform into a giant knight. This sequel will bring new costumes, an improved battle system and interesting story.
Last November, Double Fine announced that they now have the right release of Costume Quest and Stacking, which were both previously released by THQ. They also get the right release of the Nordic Games, which bought a lot of assets from THQ.
