Most of today's PC gamers probably preparing their best rig to welcome one of the most anticipated survival horror games - The Evil Within. As a multiplatform game, and for the PC of course, have the opportunity to taste this game in visual quality and the most optimal gaming experience. The bad news? Maximizing this game is not an easy job. Through the information that they are two separate release, The Evil Within demanding high end PC specs. VRAM 4 GB, 50 GB HDD, and i7? Unfortunately, even if you meets all of these things do not mean you can enjoy a higher framerate. Bethesda confirms they will lock the framerate of the PC version of The Evil Within at 30fps.
This decision was taken personally touted by the creator - Shinji Mikami and developers - Tango Gameworks. Therefore, The Evil Within the PC version will be locked at 30fps, regardless of how powerful rig you have. For those pursuing a higher framerate, Bethesda will provide debug commands, but again, this command confirms that the change is not at all recommended and supported. They suggest PC gamers to play the games on 30fps, trying to enjoy the experience offered by Mikami himself. Bethesda also allows gamers to enjoy The Evil Within this at a higher resolution monitor.
The Evil Within is ready to go on October 14, 2014, for the Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC.
