Namco Bandai has revealed the initial details of Sword Art Online: Lost Song via Dengeki PlayStation in this week's issue. Details are disclosed in the form of a new area being introduced and also what kind of battle system in the air and on the ground.
Sword Art Online: Lost Song takes place in Svart Alfheim, continental drift brought in the same mysterious new acknowledgment which is the latest update from Alfheim Online, VRMMORPG which takes the setting of the second story arc Sword Art Online in the Fairy Dance. It says the continent contains a variety of areas such as grass plains, deserts, and snowy areas. Each area is estimated to have a size of an area of 16 kilometers, and gamers can explore freely by walking or flying.
Announcement of the most surprising is how Lost Song is the first game Sword Art Online where gamers can choose to play as other characters besides Kirito. It is unknown whether gamers can customize a character like in Hollow Fragment or not.
